By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to submit leads and enter into a referral relationship, either individually or on behalf of the company or LLC you represent.

SellMyLeads is a referral program operated by CloseCenter that allows real estate wholesalers and other participants ("Referral Partners") to submit real estate seller leads. CloseCenter qualifies submitted leads and, where appropriate, refers them to a real estate agent in its network. In exchange, CloseCenter pays Referral Partners a share of the referral fee CloseCenter actually collects when a referred lead results in a closed transaction.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website only. They are not, by themselves, a referral or payment agreement. No compensation is earned or owed to you unless and until: (a) You and CloseCenter have entered into a separate, signed Referral Agreement setting out the specific terms of your arrangement; and (b) A lead you submitted under that agreement results in a completed, closed real estate transaction that generates a referral fee actually collected by CloseCenter. CloseCenter does not guarantee that any lead you submit will be accepted, qualified, referred to an agent, or result in a closing, and reserves the right to decline any submitted lead at its discretion.

By submitting a lead, you represent that: you have a good-faith basis to believe the information you're submitting is accurate; you are not violating any law, regulation, or third party's rights (including Do Not Call and consent requirements) by submitting it; and you grant CloseCenter a license to use the information you submit to contact, qualify, and refer the lead. CloseCenter may decline, disqualify, or stop working any lead at any time.

You agree not to submit fraudulent, duplicate, or knowingly false leads, and not to misuse the site.

Participating in this program does not create a real estate brokerage, agency, employment, or partnership relationship between you and CloseCenter. You are responsible for complying with any real estate licensing law that applies to you. Where applicable law requires a party to be licensed to receive a referral fee, CloseCenter will pay referral compensation only in a manner consistent with that law.

All content on this site — including text, design, and branding — belongs to CloseCenter unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

This site and the SellMyLeads program are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy of information on the site or the outcome of any referral.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloseCenter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the SellMyLeads program. CloseCenter's total liability for any claim arising from this program is limited to the referral compensation actually owed to you under a signed Referral Agreement, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold CloseCenter harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

CloseCenter may suspend or end a Referral Partner's participation in this program at any time, for any reason, subject to the terms of any signed Referral Agreement.
