Sellmyleads.com connects real estate investors with agents looking for new leads. Investors submit leads that aren’t a fit for their strategy, and our platform markets these leads to agents. When an agent purchases a lead, the investor receives a monthly payout.
Yes, we charge a flat monthly fee of $200 regardless of how many leads you sell.
You can submit any real estate leads that you believe could be valuable to an agent, including properties that didn’t fit your criteria or didn’t work out for any reason. Make sure the leads are recent, accurate, and contain complete contact information
After you sign up you can log into your investor portal and use our simple form to upload your leads. Make sure to include all required information to ensure your lead is eligible for sale.
Payouts are processed once a month. Leads must have been sold for at least 7 days before a payout is issued.
If your account is suspended, you will receive a notification upon login, along with instructions on how to contact our support team to resolve the issue and potentially have your account reinstated.
Agents have up to 7 days to request a refund if they cannot reach a lead. Refunds are deducted from the investor’s payout, and a review process is conducted to ensure the refund request is valid.
Our system automatically checks for duplicate phone numbers to prevent the same lead from being submitted multiple times. You will be notified if a lead you try to submit has already been entered into our system.
Agents are automatically notified via email whenever new leads that match their criteria are available.
